• 1994 to present: Provides on-site care for numerous touring theatre companies for performances at the Bob Carr Auditorium, including shows such as Phantom, Les Miserables, Miss Saigon, Cats, Damn Yankees, Grease, Jekyll & Hyde, Chicago etc.
• 2002 voted Best Chiropractor in Orlando by Orlando Magazine

Dr. Levine has been the co-chairperson for AIDS Walk Orlando in 2006, 2007 and 2009 which supports the Hope & Help Center of Central Florida, a local service organiztion that provides vital services to local families affected by HIV/AIDS.

In 2008 the Hope & Help Center awarded him the Chuck Hummer Visionary Award for outstanding service to the HIV/AIDS community of Central Florida.
